Joe is a lifelong skier, passionate technologist, and seasoned digital product leader with a mission to revolutionize the snow sports experience. From carving his first turns at age five to launching Snow Genius, Joe has always sought ways to make skiing and snowboarding more accessible, informed, and fun for everyone—from first-timers to seasoned riders.

After more than 12 years in digital strategy and product management —Joe saw a gap in the snow sports industry: too much insider knowledge, too little actionable data. That insight sparked Snow Genius, a modern platform built to break down tribal knowledge barriers and empower users with personalized pass recommendations, resort insights, and planning tools tailored to their lives.

Joe holds a degree from NC State and has built a career at the intersection of user experience, data-driven product development, and technology innovation. Whether managing e-commerce solutions for college bookstores or reimagining how families plan their ski seasons, he brings a mix of strategic vision, empathy for users, and startup hustle.

When he’s not building the future of snow sports, Joe can be found skiing with his wife and two sons.

Greg may not have grown up on skis, but he knows how to build world-class systems that move mountains. A longtime friend of founder Joe Gaglione, Greg joined Snow Genius to help turn vision into reality—bringing technical expertise, platform leadership, and creative problem-solving to every part of the experience.

With over 15 years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and technology leadership, Greg has led agile teams, scaled cloud infrastructure, and delivered data-driven solutions. His ability to bridge engineering and product strategy made him the ideal partner to architect the Snow Genius backend and guide its evolution into a robust, scalable platform.

Greg is passionate about clean code, elegant architecture, and building tools that empower users—even if he’s not first in line on a powder day. Outside of work, he’s a dad, drummer, gamer, and Raleigh-based engineer with a love for collaboration and building useful things.

Christi brings both a sharp design eye and a deep user empathy to Snow Genius, where she leads all things UI and UX. A seasoned digital product designer with over 15 years of experience, Christi has a passion for turning complex ideas into intuitive, human-centered interfaces. Having worked with Joe previously, she was excited to reunite on a mission that combined her professional strengths with her personal life—raising two energetic boys who can’t get enough of the snow.

Throughout her career, Christi has helped craft compelling digital experiences. Her ability to blend business goals with user needs has made her a go-to collaborator on cross-functional teams. Whether wireframing from scratch or refining micro-interactions, Christi ensures that every touchpoint in the Snow Genius platform is not only functional, but fun, inclusive, and friction-free.

A proud graduate of University of Cincinnati and now based just outside Boston, Christi spends her weekends outdoors with her family—often skiing, hiking, or chasing after her kids. Her design philosophy is simple: meet users where they are, and make their journey delightful.
